I got the inspiration for using the F and C chords like I do from my little brother Caleb (he had another piece that he stole from Uncle Tupelo that did a similar thing, but sounded nothing like this &#8211; his was more bluegrass). In case anyone was wondering, the nectar of &#8220;the ville of many pots&#8221; is Yuengling Lager (from Pottsville, PA). This was recorded in the bathroom of my parents&#8217; house, using my brother William&#8217;s Simon and Patrick SP6 Cedar while he was away being a Marine. It&#8217;s just that acoustic guitar and my voice. There&#8217;s nothing else on the track except my singing and that guitar. I flipped it over and did the percussion parts.
