Instead, I ended up creating this little piece of music. I think it&#8217;s kind of fun. It utilizes my Ibanez GAX75 guitar and my 1995 Fender Standard Jazz Bass, run through a Line 6 TonePort GX straight into Line 6&#8217;s Gearbox software, and recorded via ASIO driver into ACID Pro 7 software. You think that&#8217;s nerdy information? I used one of Lincoln Brewster&#8217;s POD X3 Live patches for the guitar (Variac hi-gain) and my own Jaguar (Aguilar) creation for bass. Post-compression and EQ was added to the bass. Post EQ was added to the guitar. I also used a series of Sonic Foundry loops I acquired many years ago. They sound sweetlicious and form the basis for all the drum and keyboard\/synth parts.
